• Collect rain water in a water tank
• Wash your car on your lawn

• When washing your dog use a suitable sized bath
• Install water saving showerheads
• Make sure that your sprinklers aren't watering pavement or cement
• Don't leave taps dripping
• Don't water your garden in winter
• Don't forget that saving water is saving money!
• Use grey water to water plants
• Keep a bottle of water in the fridge so you don't have to keep running the tap for cold water
• Try to use phosphate-free, eco-friendly detergents
• Don't leave the tap running when you're brushing your teeth- use a glass of water instead
