October before last I had a new tank installed in my basement and it was cracked. The result, over $8,000 worth of water damage. The Frederick AquaSquad never responded or did anything but replace the tank. My insurance Company paid some but I had $1,000 deductible that I am out. I am trying to determine if the Frederick AquaSquad is a franchise, in which case I will soon appear at the owners home, or if the offices are all controlled by one Company? I'm a patient man and a retired Cop. I don't get mad, I get even.

the new hires ride with another tech for a week and then are thrown into the wolves. no training what so ever. shown only how to turn a system on to run cycle and then collect your money. beware of this company! if u have a service tech at your home, first ask him for his certification ID #

On 8/10/09 Aqua Squad came out to a service on my system, They charged $99.00 to stand there and run the system through it's cycle 1 or 2 times. On or about 10/2/09 I noticed that the Brine tank was full and had over flowed. I called Aqua Squad. They set up an appointment to come out and check the system. Their service guy showed up and after several phone calls for assistance he said the tri-gaurd unit had cracks in the treaded area and was the problem. He told me that some one would call before 7PM to set up an appointment for him to replace it. I waited around for a call for nothing. The next morning I called around 8AM and was told by the guy he would take care of it. Later that day I called again since I hadn't heard anything. The girl I talked to didn't know anything about it. She said she would contact Jason to find out what’s going on. I never got a call back so around 3 I called them back, the girl said they have been trying to get a hold of Jason but he wasn’t answering his cell phone. Late that afternoon he called me saying no one had called him.

Finally on 10/7/09 he came out to replace the tri-guard, at a cost of $114 for service call and part shipping.

On the morning of 10/9/09 I noticed a leak coming from the base fitting of the tri-guard and called Aqua Squad, I was told they would get a hold of Jason. Another day wasted cause he “wasn’t answering his cell phone” again. Finally around 3 or 4 PM Jason called saying he had another appointment and it wouldn’t be for another 3 hrs before he could make it to the house. This would put it at about 7-8PM. He said it would probably be better if he could come in the morning. We agreed on 9 AM 10/10/09. At 10 AM he hadn’t shown up so I called Aqua Squad. After 3 phone calls I was told he “wasn’t answering his cell phone”. It is now 12:19 PM and he still hasn’t shown up.
